1. Overview

Skin Tracker: Photo Journal ("the App") is a personal skin observation journal developed by Benum Labs AS for mobile platforms. It allows you to photograph, organize, and track skin changes over time.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment from a healthcare professional.

2. Intended Use

The App is designed for personal record-keeping and observation only. You may use it to:

• Photograph and catalog skin changes.
• Compare changes side-by-side over time.
• Generate reports to share with a healthcare professional.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Tier

The core journal features — including unlimited entries, photos, timeline, side-by-side comparison, check-in logging, and monthly reminders — are completely free with no usage limits.

Premium Subscription

Premium features include automatic cloud backup (direct connection between your device and Google Drive or OneDrive), advanced reminders, and PDF export. Premium is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a lifetime one-time purchase.

Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions are billed directly through Google Play or Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your respective store account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your device App Store settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store in accordance with their respective purchase and refund policies.

4. Your Data

All data you create in the App — including photos, journal records, body locations, and check-in logs — is stored locally and securely on your device. You own 100% of your data.

If you enable cloud backup (Premium), your data is synced directly to your personal Google Drive or OneDrive account. The App does not have its own servers and does not store or process your data externally.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Benum Labs AS and the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
