Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using TapWorkout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Purpose of the Application

TapWorkout is a software utility application developed by Benum Labs AS designed to initiate and stop Apple Health workout sessions via iOS App Intents, Shortcuts, and Controls.

2. No Medical or Coaching Advice

TapWorkout is purely a technical automation tool. It does not provide medical advice, health diagnoses, or fitness coaching. Any physical activity carries inherent risk of injury. You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical readiness for exercise.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Benum Labs AS grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use TapWorkout on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. In-App Purchases

Access to certain activity types requires a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed securely by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TapWorkout is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While engineered for reliability, Benum Labs AS does not guarantee uninterrupted background execution or continuous sensor tracking under all operating conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Benum Labs AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
